Is shipping available worldwide?
We ship worldwide. Since we ship with DHL, the products are delivered within 1-3 business days.
What is the longevity rate of perfumes?
We produce our perfumes to have maximum longevity, but it varies from collection to collection.
Will there be a customs fee?
There may be a customs fee depending on the country you are in. You can inquire about this from the units affiliated with your country's customs policies.
Are returns available?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as the products are perfumes.
How many days does it take for domestic shipments to be delivered?
For domestic shipments, we have an agreement with MNG Cargo. It takes the next day within Istanbul and a maximum of 1-3 business days outside of Istanbul.
